Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.50 dated 22.04.2021 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 328, 376(2)(n), 452, 506 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code at Police Station Women, District Karnal.

Having argued for sometime and realizing that the Court is not inclined to agree with his submissions, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
