Mr. Surinder Garg, Advocate for the petitioner *** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J. (ORAL) [1] Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not find any illegality in the order dated 21.11.2023 (Annexure P-6). [2] However, it shall be open to the petitioner to surrender before the first Appellate Court, where the petitioner's appeal is stated to be pending i.e. Criminal Appeal No.196 of 2023 and to move an appropriate application as regards bail/furnishing of bail bonds.

[3] Upon surrender of the petitioner and moving of an appropriate application, it shall be open to the first Appellate Court to proceed further in accordance with law.

[4] Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
