Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.445, dated 15.06.2015, under Section 20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act 1985 ('the Act' for short), registered at Police Station City Sirsa, District Sirsa.

Heard.

Petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2015. Coaccused Vicky Kumar has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 24.09.2015 (Annexure P-3).

On a query put by this Court, learned State counsel who is assisted by Sub Inspector Sushil Kumar has
