NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is for quashing of FIR No. 0017 dated 23.01.2024 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 120-B, 354-D and 506 IPC at Police Station Sector 17/18 Gurugram and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. On instructions from L/ASI Madhu, learned counsel for the State informs that during the course of investigation, Section 354-D IPC has been deleted.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. Ordered accordingly.
