(Oral) This is a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail to the petitioner in a case registered against him vide FIR No.18 dated 20.01.2010 under Sections 302, 307, 506, 148 and 149 IPC and Section 25/27 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Jagraon, District Ludhiana. Learned State counsel submits that out of 22 witnesses cited by the prosecution, all except 02 have been examined. Trial is likely to culminate soon.

In view of the above, no case for enlarging the petitioner on bail is made out.

Dismissed.
