Vide order dated 19.10.2015 petitioner was directed to join investigation.

At the time of hearing,learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has joined investigation, which fact is not disputed by the learned State counsel. Learned State counsel further states that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no longer required. In view of the above interim bail/protection granted vide order dated 19.10.2015 is made absolute.
