We dispose off the writ petition with the observation that respondent(s) shall be at liberty to check the authenticity of the certificate dated 22.06.2020 which has been placed on record today. In the eventuality, petitioner clears all dues and fulfills the formalities, the authorities shall restore the electricity connection.
