     is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 17.12.2020 (Annexure P-1), whereby the period of suspension of the petitioner for the period from 12.07.2018 to 22.10.2018 has been treated as "leave of kind due".

A perusal of written statement dated 12.11.2025 filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 would show that the period of suspension from 12.07.2018 to 31.10.2018 in place of 12.07.2018 to 22.10.2018 has been treated as "leave of the kind due" vide order dated 30.07.2025 passed by the respondents. Copy of the order dated 30.07.2025 is appended as Annexure R-1 with the written statement. 3.

In light of the abovesaid order dated 30.07.2025 (Annexure R-1), the present petition is disposed of having been DIWAKER GULATI 2025.11.28 15:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document -1-

   

 rendered infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the abovesaid order, if so advised, in accordance with law. 4.
