Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of complaint No. NACT-813 dated 03.10.2018 (Annexure P1) and order dated 18.03.2019 (Annexure P3).

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that she be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court of Sessions, at the first instance. In view of above, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. However, in case petitioner moves an application for extension of time regarding deposit of 20% of the cheque amount, the same shall be considered sympathetically by the Court of Sessions.
