Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to call for status report from respondents No.2 & 3 in case FIR No. 106 dated 19.04.2016, registered under Sections 506, 341, 323, 148 & 149 IPC at Police Station Sohana, District S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali).

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner is complainant and author of the above noted FIR, but despite passing of about three years even investigation has not been completed in this case and final report has not been submitted. For that purpose, petitioner has already made representation dated 11.02.2019 (Annexure P4) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, District S.A.S. Nagar, but still no action has been taken thereon.
