Ms. Samina Dhir, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab. *** Learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners have since joined the investigation. This fact is conceded by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Hardev Singh from Police Station Bhargo Camp, Jalandhar. He states that no recovery is to be effected from them and both the petitioners have surrendered their Passports before the investigating officer, as such they are not required for further investigation. Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioners on 14.9.2017 is made absolute, subject to their fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petition stands allowed accordingly.
