The present petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.256 dated 12.06.2024 under Section 15 of NDPS Act (Sections 27-A and 29 of NDPS Act added later on) registered at Police Station Kurukshetra University District Kurukshetra.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 21.04.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer. 3.
Learned State counsel, on instructions, has not disputed the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned State counsel has further submitted that the petitioner is not required for custodial interrogation.
