**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Perusal of impugned order dated 22.10.2021 passed by respondent No.2 would show that reference has been made to interim order dated 18.08.2003 passed in RSA No.1993 of 2003 wherein it was observed that none of the parties to the appeal shall alienate the suit property except with prior permission of the Court.

Admittedly, the suit property is subject matter of land forming part of aforesaid RSA.

No exception can be made out to make any deviation from the observations made by respondent No.2 in the impugned order.

Dismissed.
