SUMEET GOEL, J.(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023/482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.45 dated 09.02.2025 (Annexure P-8), under Sections 406, 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 [New Sections 316(2), 318(4), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023], registered at Police Station Pehowa, District Kurukshetra and all the subsequent proceedings pending before the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pehowa. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand with liberty to file afresh, on the same cause of action, after laying challenge to the Challan (charge-sheet) as well. 3.
