AT CHANDIGARH CWP-8970-2026(O&M) Date of Decision :20.04.2026 Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 27.11.2025 (Annexure P-5) passed by respondent No.12.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are some inadvertent mistakes in the petition, therefore, he prays for withdrawal of the instant writ petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
