Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.128, dated 05.12.2013, under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Sadar, Kapurthala.

Heard.

Petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2014. Coaccused Jaswinder Singh alias Sabi, who was similarly situated has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 29.09.2015, Annexure P-5.

Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kapurthala.
