(ORAL) Perusal of the record would show that the petitioner has already filed a writ petition being CWP No.3772 of 2013, which was disposed of on 14.11.2017 by the following order: - "After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to pursue the instant petition and intends to withdraw the same with liberty to have recourse to the other remedies available to the petitioner. 2.
Dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty, as prayed for." Counsel for the petitioner argues that there is no other/alternate remedy available to the petitioner.
