Mr. Hitesh Pandit, Addl.A.G, Haryana RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions submits that vide order dated 07.08.2019, the petitioner was promoted at par with his junior w.e.f 29.06.2017.

Now the grievance of the petitioner is that arrears of salary has not been given to the petitioner, as the petitioner was reinstated on 08.09.2017 after being acquitted and thus, the petitioner has right to claim arrears w.e.f 08.09.2017 as he was in service on that day. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file representation for claiming arrears w.e.f 08.09.2017.
