Petitioners have filed this petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to official respondents to take legal action against respondents no. 4 to 6 as also to consider their representation, Annexure P-5 promptly.

On the last date of hearing, Mr. Shilesh Gupta, Addl. A.G. Punjab was asked to assist the court. He, on instructions from ASI Pritam Singh, who is present in court, submits that statements of petitioners no. 1 & 2 have been recorded. They submit that at this stage they do not want any action on the basis of their complaint, Annexure P-5.

In view of above, present petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
