RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing order dated 10.07.2015 of the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Fatehabad and judgment dated 31.07.2018 of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fetehabad, directing the petitioners to remove nuisance.

Heard.

It is not disputed that dairy run by the petitioners is in residential area declared by the Town and Country Planning Department/Municipal Council, Fatehabad. Therefore, it is evident that dairy of the petitioners is a great nuisance for the inhabitants of the locality. Both the Courts below have recorded concurrent findings against the petitioners.

I have gone through the impugned order dated 10.07.2015 of RAVINDER SINGH 2019.01.24 14:04 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document the SDM, Fatehabad, and judgment dated 31.07.2018 of the revisional
