,  %  ' After the matter was heard at some length, learned counsel for the appellant when confronted with the observation with respect to maintainability of this appeal against an order passed by the learned Single Judge while issuing direction to make an application before the Railway authorities under section 20(A) of the Railways Act, 1989 for payment of compensation and there is no direction as is being argued to the Gram Panchayat to deposit any amount, finding it difficult to assail the proposition, sought leave of the Court to permit withdrawal of the appeal. Prayer made is allowed.
