The case is at the stage of recording of evidence of the prosecution. The grievance of the petitioner is against the order dated 4.9.2015(P-2) whereby the learned JMIC,Moga has declared him proclaimed offender.

It is contended that the petitioner was admitted in a Drug Rehabilitation Center and therefore his non-appearance before the trial court on the dates fixed was not intentional. CRM-M 34142/2015 before the trial court and has been granted interim bail on 13.10.2015 to join the trial. It is thus submitted that the present petition has become infructuous.
