Heard. Allowed subject to all just exceptions. Main case.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, modifying order dated 3.4.2017, passed by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana, as regards granting of interim maintenance.

It is contented that there has been change in circumstances, rather from the fresh employment taken by the petitioner, he is getting BANITA CHUGH 2018.09.24 15:21 I am the author of this document

CRM-M-35109 of 2018 -2much less salary. The petitioner is relegated to the remedy of approaching the trial Court, explaining the change in circumstances, while praying for reduction in interim maintenance.

The trial Court shall pass appropriate order in that regard without being influenced by the observations made by Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, in his order dated 8.5.2018. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
