**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing FIR No.53 dated 07.03.2017, registered under Sections 306, 34 IPC, at Police Station GRP Jalandhar, along with all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that in the present case, a cancellation report has been presented on 29.10.2018 and the same is pending consideration before the learned Court below and undertakes to get the same disposed of, at the earliest, as per law. In view of the above, no further orders are called for. Disposed of.
