(Oral) Learned counsel for the parties are agreed that the present case is covered by the decision of the Supreme Court passed in Civil Appeal No.1052 of 2014 titled as Union of India Vs. Vidya Rani and another decided on 29.01.2014 since said case and this case arise out of the same notification. In that case the Supreme Court had awarded 15% solatium and interest @ 6% from the date of the award passed by the Arbitrator and had set aside the 1/3rd cut which was made by the Arbitrator. In the circumstances, even in the present case the cut imposed by the Arbitrator is set aside and the appellants are entitled to solatium @ 15% and interest @ 6% from the date of the award of the Arbitrator.

Appeal stands disposed of accordingly.

Since the main case has been decided, the pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, also stands disposed of.
