Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the present petition is not maintainable as the revision ought to have been filed before the Court of Sessions against the order dated 06.01.2018, in view of which, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition to approach the said Court but the delay may not come in his way.
