(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing DDR No.36 dated 22.07.2018 in FIR No.118 dated 22.07.2018, under Sections 324, 323, 506, 148 and 149 IPC, Police Station City Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise. Pursuant to order dated 23.10.2018 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 05.11.2018 to get their statements recorded. Learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Malout has submitted her report vide letter bearing No.181 dated 20.11.2018 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Sri Muktsar Sahib, vide letter bearing No.3286/EB dated 21.11.2018.

CRM-M-35127 of 2018 --2-- Malout, is satisfied that statements made by complainant and accused are voluntarily and without any threat or any undue influence. No person was declared as proclaimed offender, Considering the report of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Malout, dated 20.11.2018 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid DDR No.36 dated 22.07.2018 in FIR No.118 dated 22.07.2018 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, are quashed, subject to payment of costs of `10,000/-, out of which `3,000/- shall be deposited with the Bar Association of Punjab and Haryana High Court and `7,000/- with the Prime Minister National Relief Fund within two weeks from today, failing which this petition shall be deemed to be dismissed. Disposed of accordingly.

List on 07.01.2019, for production of receipt with regard to deposit of aforesaid costs.
