(ORAL) Petitioner, who is a proclaimed person, seeks quashing of FIR No. 359 dated 28.8.2002, under Sections 307/324/323/147/148/149 IPC, registered at Police Station Sector 11, Chandigarh. After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court of competent jurisdiction, at the first instance, and after seeking bail from the learned court of competent jurisdiction, he may file a fresh petition on the same cause of action.
Permission is granted.
