REKHA MITTAL, J. (Oral) Counsel for the petitioner states that in pursuance of the order dated 30.09.2016, the petitioner has already caused appearance before the Court below and has been released on bail. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Lakh Singh, concedes to this fact.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the following conditions:- (i) She shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him/her from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer; and (ii) She shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court.
