The present petition has been filed for transfer the criminal case being FIR No.931 dated 17.10.2017 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC at Police Station City Thanesar, Kurukshetra from the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kurukshetra to the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Panchkula.

Learned State counsel on instructions submits that 11 out of 21 prosecution witnesses already stand examined. 3.
