This writ petition has been filed for quashing of order dated 24.05.2018 whereby case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of TGT Sanskrit has been rejected.

Learned counsel for the State while referring to short reply dated 01.04.2021, filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3, submits that this writ petition is rendered infructuous as the relief claimed has been afforded to the petitioner. Petitioner has been promoted with immediate effect vide order dated 31.03.2021, attached as Annexure R1.
