CRM-M-34211-2017 Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No.1 to 3 to take action against respondents No. 4 to 7.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner is owner in possession of the house in question and residing therein since 1982. The construction was raised by the parents of the petitioner long back. In the year 2015, son of the petitioner demolished the mud wall of 70 feet with the side of the private respondents. In the month of July, 2017, petitioner started construction of first floor and at that time, the private respondents unnecessarily interrupted and threatening the present petitioner. The petitioner made representations dated 27.7.2017 (Annexure P2) & Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2017.10.11 14:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
Criminal Misc. No. M-34211 of 2017 (O&M) 10.8.2017 (Annexure P3) to the police authorities but the same remained unattended till now.
Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police (Rural), Amritsar, is directed to look into the representation dated 10.8.2017 (Annexure P3) and take required action, if any, as per law.
With the aforesaid observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
