Learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that the matter has been settled between the parties. The entire money due has already been paid to the petitioner. He has filed the copy of affidavit of petitioner-Chander Bhan Chouhan and the compromise deed dated 6.4.2015. The same are taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the documents placed on record and the statement at bar made by learned counsel for respondent No.4, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

Ordered accordingly.
