Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No.182 dated 29.09.2019, under Section 15 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Guru Harsahai, District Ferozepur.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Balraj Singh submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
