Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 submits that University has issued the date sheet for B. Pharma exams 4th year, which are to be conducted w.e.f. 19.04.2019. Simultaneously, date sheet for B. Pharma 1st year, 2nd year, 3rd year and 4th years' supplementary examination for the Session 2018-19 has also been issued which will also start from 19.04.2019. The students, who have to clear their supplementary examinations of 1st year, 2nd years or 3rd year are not eligible to appear in 4th year's final exams. CWP-9852-2019 -2supplementary exams. The University will held special exams for those students, who clear their supplementary exams of 1st year, 2nd years or 3rd year in the month of June/July, 2019.

In view of submission of learned counsel for respondent No.1, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with submission that University be also directed to take suitable steps to avoid ineligibility of the petitioners beyond 15.08.2019 and take all steps to ensure that examination are held in time and result is also announced before that date.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 has assured that requisite steps by the University will be taken.
