The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS (old Section 482 Cr.P.C) for issuance of necessary directions to the official respondents to act upon the representation dated 12.03.2026 (Annexure P-3) submitted by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has filed a representation 12.03.2026 (Annexure P-3) before respondent No.2, however, no action has been taken thereon till date.
