Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.93 dated 13.06.2019, under Section 304-A of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Sections 465, 468 and 471 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Dugri, Ludhiana, District Ludhiana. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Rajandeep Singh submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
