(ORAL) Petitioner has filed the instant revision petition impugning the judgment dated 26th of April, 2022 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Gurugram whereby appeal preferred by the petitioner against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence 9th of May, 2019 passed Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gurugram, stands dismissed. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has paid the entire cheque amount.

Counsel representing the complainant/respondent admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the complainant is ready to compound the offence.
