******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw both the petitions, submitting that petitioner will surrender before the trial Court and the trial Court be directed to dispose of his bail application at the earliest.

In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, both the above mentioned petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court. On his surrendering, the trial Court will decide his bail application at the earliest, preferably within 3 days of his surrender.
