(Oral) The present petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to adhere to the directions as contained in letter dated 02.12.2008 (P-1), 12.01.2009 (P-2), 07.03.2014 (P-3) and 07.04.2014 (P-4) and not to depute the petitioner in any election duty throughout State of Punjab.

Learned State counsel on instructions has informed the Court that Assembly Elections has already been concluded on 20.02.2022 and results have been declared on 10.03.2022.

In view of the above, at this stage, no ground is made out for issuance of any directions and the petition is premature. The petition stands dismissed.
