(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions respondents No. 1 to 5 to take action against respondents No. 6 and 7 on the basis of enquiry report dated 31.3.2015 (Annexure P-2) submitted by City Magistrate, Sirsa. Learned State counsel has filed reply by way of affidavit of Sandeep Kumar, Station House Officer, Police Station Kalanwali which is taken on record.
Learned State counsel while drawing attention of this Court to para 2 of the reply has submitted that FIR No. 133 dated 20.5.2017 has been registered in Police Station Kalanwali against respondent No. 6 Jagdish Kumar under Section 409, 420, 465, 467, 468 IPC and the police investigation is at preliminary stage. He further states that on inquiry, it was found that no case is made out against respondent No. 7.
