The Revisional Court did not consider it fit to grant ex parte stay or stay the proceedings before the trial Court. The Additional Sessions Judgel, Ludhiana in its order dated 7.8.2018 had ordered the issuance of notice of the revision as well as the application. The petitioner should have approached the Court below for giving him a hearing on the main application instead of approaching this Court. The petition is disposed of.
