Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders upon the representations/applications dated 27.02.2024 and 01.04.2024. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's representation seeking extension of deputation beyond 26.04.2024 has been forwarded to the Competent Authority, and appropriate decision thereupon will be taken within two weeks of the Model Code of Conduct period being over.

In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the being disposed of in terms thereof. 4.
