**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The precise grievance of petitioner before this Court is that she had filed a petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C at Ludhiana claiming maintenance and a complaint has also been filed by her against the accused. The accused also started filing false complaints against the petitioner and her family members at different police stations. Due to this, the police of Civil Lines, Amritsar came to the house of the petitioner on 11.08.2016 and directed her to appear at Police Station Civil Lines on 22.08.2016 and now she has again been called on 22.09.2016.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is being disposed of by giving a direction to respondent No. 2 and 3 to give 7 days prior notice, as contemplated under Section 160 Cr.P.C, in case, petitioner or his family members are sought to be investigated in any complaint/enquiry pending with the police and further direction is being given to look into the representation (P-3) of the petitioner, in accordance with law.
