(Oral) The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing/setting aside the order of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Panipat dated 03.07.2018 (Annexure P-6) passed in CIS No.NACT-409 of 2018 dated 16.02.2018 titled 'HDFC Bank Ltd. Vs. Jitender, whereby the complaint of the petitioner under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 has been returned for want of territorial jurisdiction at the stage of summoning.
