***** VIKAS BAHL, J (ORAL) This is a civil writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 02.04.2019 (Annexure P-10) and also the order of suspension dated 21.02.2019 (Annexure P-8).

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the present petition has become infructuous and as such, the same be disposed of. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
