(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners, when confronted with the fact that the notification being assailed by them is of 11.05.2016 pursuant to which they had given an undertaking and availed all the benefits thereof and having availed the said benefits and accepted the notification, they cannot be permitted to turn around and challenge the same after a long lapse of six years, seeks withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file reply to the show cause notices (Annexures P-8 to P-10) issued by the respondent-authorities seeking remedies against the same.
