Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for directing the respondents to regularize the services of petitioner from the date of his appointment as Watchman. At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that after reaching the age of superannuation, he has already retired from service and received the entire dues; therefore, he does not press the present petition any further.

Disposed off accordingly.
