RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Fresh power of attorney on behalf of the petitioners, substituting earlier counsel, filed in Court today is taken on record. Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to protect the life, liberty and property of the petitioners. Learned State counsel submits that instant petition is not maintainable as the petitioners are not required by the police of Police Station Payal in any case nor any case has been found registered against them.

In view of above, instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
