Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No.2 & 3 to protect life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No. 4 to 7 and also for taking legal action against them.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for redressal of her grievance, petitioner has moved an application/representation dated 01.04.2019 (Annexure P6) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Pathankot, but the same remained unattended till now. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Rajat Bansal, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to him during the course of the day.
